How do I pay and get paid?
If your store is on Shopify, payment happens automatically based on usage. If you are not on Shopify then the wholesale price is $1 with an MOQ of 100.
How much does SWAQ cost me?
On Shopify there is no upfront cost. You set the retail price. After you collect, we charge $0.95 each for self-printed QR codes and $1.49 each for holographic foil, pre-printed labels. Our current promotion is $0.95 for the pre-printed labels—just request them below! If you are just selling our pre-printed products then the wholesale price is $1 with an MOQ of 100.
How much should I charge?
We suggest $1.99 for the self-printed QR codes and $2.99 for the pre-printed labels but you can charge whatever works for you. There are so many built-in, actionable marketing opportunities that will far outweigh base price revenue so we suggest keeping the retail price low.
Does SWAQ require backend integration?
Thankfully, no! Using our merchant portal and/or our pre-printed labels, you can start right away with no coding. Just add SWAQ as a variant to applicable products. Our Shopify app streamlines the process and easily adds SWAQ to your product listings.
We want to do our own integration. Do you have an api?
My store is not on Shopify but I would like some automation.
While we are working on apps for all the major eCommerce platforms, merchants can either use our no-code solution or develop their own integration using our api. Send us a message and we will show you how.
How do I keep my sent and received messages?
Just create a free account to unlock this and other really cool features like being notified when your recipient views the message. Now you know when your gift was opened!
How can I share my videos on social media?
After you create a free and easy account, you can share directly from your sent and received message tabs. Just click the share icon.
I received the link to create my video by email but I want someone else to create the video. What do I do?
I want to create my video from my desktop but I can't access my computer's native 'Photos' app library.
SWAQ is mobile optimized, but you can create your video from your laptop. Simply export the video you want to use from the library of your computer’s native app (E.g. Photos) and then select it as a file.
